My problem with Flash is not how it can be implemented, but rather how designers seem to forget that most internet users do not want to sit through noises, music, and other “flash” oriented things without having the option to turn it off, or rather skip it completely.

Getting the information one needs far outweighs anything that flash seems to be about.

    Sir Jorge,

I am with you 100%. After the initial novelty, Flash is typically annoying. I particularly do not like its search engine non-friendly qualities.
