In case you wondered why my blogging was slim last week, it was because of this little guy. His name is Eli Shaffer. And my wife and I are thrilled about his grand entrance into the world on October 28th.

I think he is a future blogger.

Kent,
All the best. I have two lil’ Wall Watchers myself and the joy I share daily with them is insurmountable to what I felt without them.
How amazing for you. And look, his hand is ready to type. Good on ya’!
Peace,

Wow Kent!
What I would do to experience being a new dad all over again! The wonder and thrill of of it all is the best thing you can experience. With your second, it’s the case, of “been there done that.”
Enjoy all the discoveries of being a new dad. I have many chats with my 5 y/o daughter where I talk to her and say, “before you were born, I was just Simon - you made me a dad.”
I’m sure you can resonate with what I’m saying. Before Eli came along, you were Kent & a husband. Now you’re also a dad.
